Svaroopa® Yoga
 
Svaroopa® yoga is a therapeutic and meditative style of Hatha yoga with an emphasis on releasing core tensions in the body, particularly those surrounding the spine.
 
This style of yoga offers a different way of working with your body, using precise alignments that target specific areas of the spine. Students are individually propped to meet the tension in their bodies – support allows tight muscles to soften and release.
 
Classes are appropriate for students of all skill levels - from newcomers to experienced practitioners.
 
Many students experience a difference in their bodies and/or relief from pain after just one class.

Embodyment® Yoga Therapy
 
Embodyment® yoga therapy is a hands-on healing method based on the principles of Svaroopa® yoga.  This process helps release deep long-held tensions from the lower spine resulting in a progressive decompression along the length of the spine and promoting a deep state of healing throughout the body. One 1-hour session produces the equivalent release in your body of 6-10 yoga classes.
